Detailed Description

Implemented Components:

The following visionx::ImageProvider are implemented:

• visionx::DummyImageProvider: provides random images
• visionx::ImageSequenceProvider: reads images from file sequences
• visionx::IEEE1394ImageProvider: captures images from firewire cameras
• visionx::StereoCameraProvider: captures images from firewire camera stereo setups

The following visionx::ImageProcessor are implemented:

• visionx::ImageMonitor: displays images on the screen (better use the GUI plugin, see below)
• visionx::ObjectLearningByPushing: the vision part an approach for object segmentation based on physical interaction
• visionx::RobotHandLocalizationWithFingertips: a component for localizing the hands of ARMAR-III based on the marker balls and the color of the finger tips
• visionx::VisualContactDetection: a visual collision detector that remarks when the robot's hand touches an object and causes it to move

The following visionx::ObjectLocalizerProcessor are implemented:

• visionx::TexturedObjectRecognition: localizes textured objects
• visionx::SegmentableObjectRecognition: localizes segmentable objects
• visionx::HandMarkerLocalization: localizes robot hand markers

The following visionx::PointCloudProvider are implemented:

• visionx::OpenNIPointCloudProvider provides point clouds and RGB-D data via OpenNI2
• visionx::FakePointCloudProvider provides static point clouds from a file or a folder
• visionx::RTABMapRegistration wrapper for the RTABMap library
• visionx::StereoImagePointCloudProvider provides point clouds using block matching
• visionx::CoFusionProcessor offers SLAM and segmentation from depth images by CoFusion.

The following visionx::PointCloudProcessor are implemented:

• visionx::PointCloudSegementer segements a point cloud using region growing, LCCP or euclidean clustering
• visionx::PrimitiveExtractor extracts primitives from a labeled point cloud
• visionx::PrimitiveMapper maps primitive to the working memory
